تطبيق يمن فيو هو أداة خدمية توفر معلومات وأكواد خدمات الاتصالات في اليمن. يتم جلب البيانات من المصادر الرسمية للشركات، ونسعى دائماً لتحديثها، إلا أننا لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي تغييرات فجائية في الباقات أو الأكواد من قبل المزودين.

3. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات البرمجية والتصاميم والشعارات الخاصة بالتطبيق هي ملك لـ "كونكت تاق" ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع استخدام التطبيق بأي طريقة قد تؤدي إلى إلحاق الضرر بالخدمة أو بمستخدمين آخرين. كما يُمنع محاولة هندسة عكسية للتطبيق أو استخراج أكواده البرمجية.

5. إخلاء المسؤولية

يتم تقديم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه، أو عن أي خطأ في البيانات المقدمة من شركات الاتصالات.

6. التعديلات

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت لتتواكب مع التحديثات التقنية أو القانونية. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدثة.

7. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها في الجمهورية اليمنية.
