1. قبول الشروط والأحكام

يُعد تحميلك أو تثبيتك أو استخدامك لتطبيق «تسبيح» (Tasbih) موافقة صريحة وكاملة على الالتزام بجميع بنود وشروط هذه الاتفاقية وسياسة الخصوصية التابعة لها. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند من هذه الشروط، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وإلغاء تثبيته فوراً.

2. طبيعة التطبيق وترخيص الاستخدام

تطبيق «تسبيح» صُمم وطُوّر لوجه الله تعالى كخدمة إسلامية مجانية خالصة للمسلمين:

  • مجاني 100% وبدون إعلانات: لا يتطلب التطبيق أي اشتراكات مالية أو دفعات داخلية، ولا يعرض أي إعلانات تجارية.
  • ترخيص شخصي وغير تجاري: تمنحك شركة ConnectTag ترخيصاً شخصياً، مجانياً، غير حصري، وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق في التعبد وذكر الله تعالى ومتابعة الأوراد اليومية للأغراض الشخصية.

3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

  • تصميم وبرمجة التطبيق: جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للشيفرة المصدرية (Source Code)، وتصاميم الواجهات (Jetpack Compose UI)، والخوارزميات الرياضية لمحاكاة الصوت والتغذية اللمسية، وشعارات وعلامات «تسبيح» و «Connect Tag» هي ملكية حصرية لشركة ConnectTag.
  • نصوص الأذكار والأدعية: نصوص الأذكار والأدعية النبوية المأثورة مأخوذة من كتب السنة النبوية الصحيحة وهي تراث إسلامي عام للأمة؛ ويُمنع منعاً باتاً استخراج أو نسخ قاعدة البيانات بالكامل بغرض بيعها أو استغلالها تجارياً.

4. إضافة الأذكار المخصصة ومسؤولية المستخدم

ℹ️ تتيح ميزة «إضافة ذكر مخصص» للمستخدم إدخال أدعية وأوراد خاصة به تُحفظ محلياً على هاتفه فقط.

يلتزم المستخدم عند إضافة أي ذكر مخصص بعدم كتابة نصوص تخالف الشريعة الإسلامية السمحة، أو تحث على الكراهية أو العنف أو الإساءة للآخرين.

5. إخلاء المسؤولية (Disclaimer)

يُقدّم تطبيق «تسبيح» على أساس "كما هو" (AS IS) و "بحسب المتاح":

  • بذلنا أقصى العناية في مراجعة وتشكيل نصوص الأذكار وفضائلها من كتب السنة النبوية المعتمدة، ومع ذلك فإننا ندعو دائماً إلى مراجعة المصادر العلمية الموثوقة عند الحاجة.
  • نظراً لأن التطبيق يعمل محلياً 100% دون أي مزامنة سحابية، فإن الحفاظ على بيانات التعدادات وسلاسل الأيام يعتمد على بقاء التطبيق على جهازك؛ ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن فقدان البيانات الناجم عن مسح ذاكرة التخزين أو إعادة ضبط المصنع للجهاز أو تلفه.

6. التعديلات والتحديثات

تحتفظ شركة ConnectTag بحق تحديث التطبيق لتحسين أدائه أو إضافة ميزات جديدة أو تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت لتتوافق مع المعايير التقنية والمتطلبات القانونية. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد أي تعديل يُعد قبولاً منك بالشروط المحدثة.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tasbih application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the application and uninstall it immediately.

2. Nature of Service & License Grant

The Tasbih application is developed solely for charitable and community benefit as a free Islamic utility:

  • 100% Free & Ad-Free: The application requires no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and displays no commercial advertising.
  • Personal Non-Commercial License: ConnectTag grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, personal, and non-commercial license to use the app for personal worship, dhikr, and tracking daily prayers and wirds.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Application Design & Code: All intellectual property rights pertaining to the source code, user interface designs (Jetpack Compose), procedural audio algorithms, and the "Tasbih" and "ConnectTag" trademarks belong exclusively to ConnectTag.
  • Prophetic Dhikr Content: The Prophetic dhikrs and supplications provided are derived from authentic Sunnah literature and belong to the public Islamic domain. Scraping or commercially republishing the database is strictly prohibited.

4. Custom Dhikr & User Responsibility

Users may add custom dhikrs and personal supplications saved locally on their devices. Users agree not to input content that contradicts Islamic values, promotes hate, discrimination, or illegal behavior.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Tasbih application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE":

  • While every effort has been made to verify the authenticity and diacritics of all texts, users are encouraged to consult authoritative Islamic sources when necessary.
  • Because the app functions 100% offline without remote cloud synchronization, your counters and streaks reside strictly on your device. ConnectTag is not liable for data loss due to device formatting, clearing storage, or hardware malfunction.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update the application and these Terms at any time to reflect software improvements or legal requirements. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
