1. قبول الشروط

مرحباً بك في تطبيق "حزم" (Hazm) المطور بواسطة شركة كونكت تاق للخدمات التقنية (Connect Tag). إن تنزيلك للتطبيق أو تثبيته أو استخدامه يمثل موافقتك الصريحة والملزمة قانوناً على كافة بنود هذه الاتفاقية وسياسة الخصوصية المرتبطة بها.

2. نطاق الترخيص والاستخدام المصرح به

تمنحك Connect Tag ترخيصاً شخصياً، غير حصري، وغير قابل للتحويل، وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام تطبيق "حزم" للأغراض المشروعة في فحص وتدقيق التطبيقات المثبتة على جهازك الخاص وإدارة الصلاحيات وحماية خصوصيتك. يلتزم المستخدم بالآتي:

  • استخدام التطبيق بما يتوافق مع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها محلياً ودولياً.
  • عدم استخدام أدوات الفحص أو استخراج الحزم لانتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو التعدي على حقوق مطوري البرمجيات الآخرين.
  • حظر الهندسة العكسية للتطبيق أو محاولة استخراج الشفرة المصدرية دون إذن كتابي مسبق من Connect Tag.

3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

كافة حقوق الملكية الفكرية، والعلامات التجارية، والشعارات، والتصاميم البصرية، والأكواد المصدرية لتطبيق "حزم" وشركة "Connect Tag" هي ملكية حصرية لشركة كونكت تاق للخدمات التقنية ومحمية بموجب القوانين ذات الصلة.

4. طبيعة التحليلات الفنية وإخلاء المسؤولية

يقوم تطبيق "حزم" بقراءة وتحليل بيانات التطبيقات والصلاحيات والتوقيعات استناداً إلى واجهات برمجة تطبيقات نظام أندرويد (Android APIs) ونماذج تقييم استرشادية. يتم تقديم هذه المعلومات "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بخلو جهازك من كافة التهديدات المحتملة، ولا يتحمل المطور أي مسؤولية عن أي قرارات يتم اتخاذها بحذف تطبيقات أو تعديل إعدادات النظام بناءً على تلك التحليلات.

5. التعديلات والتحديثات

تحتفظ Connect Tag بالحق في تحديث هذه الشروط عند إضافة مزايا جديدة أو لمواكبة متطلبات المتاجر الرسمية. يُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التحديثات قبولاً بالشروط المعدلة.

Welcome to Hazm, developed by Connect Tag. By installing, downloading, or using Hazm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated Privacy Policy.

2. License Scope & Permitted Use

Connect Tag grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hazm for legitimate privacy management, app inspection, and security auditing on your personal device. You agree to:

  • Use the app in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Refrain from utilizing auditing or APK extraction features to infringe upon third-party intellectual property or software copyrights.
  • Avoid reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of Hazm without prior written authorization from Connect Tag.

3. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, visual assets, and underlying codebase associated with "Hazm" and "Connect Tag" remain the exclusive property of Connect Tag.

4. Advisory Nature of Technical Audits & Disclaimer

Hazm analyzes permissions, components, and certificates using standard Android APIs and heuristic assessment rules. All audits and metrics are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for personal guidance. Connect Tag shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from app deletions or configuration modifications executed by the user.

5. Revisions & Updates

We may update these terms periodically to reflect feature improvements or regulatory updates. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of updated terms.
