1. قبول الشروط والأحكام

يُعد تحميلك أو تثبيتك أو استخدامك لتطبيق «عُمر» (AgeTool) موافقة صريحة وكاملة على الالتزام بجميع بنود وشروط هذه الاتفاقية وسياسة الخصوصية التابعة لها. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند من هذه الشروط، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وإلغاء تثبيته فوراً.

2. ترخيص وطبيعة الاستخدام

تطبيق «عُمر» أداة إنتاجية وحسابية متطورة:

  • مجاني وبدون إعلانات: التطبيق مجاني بالكامل للاستخدام الشخصي دون أي رسوم أو اشتراكات شهرية أو إعلانات تجارية.
  • ترخيص الاستخدام: تمنحك شركة ConnectTag ترخيصاً شخصياً، غير حصري، وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق في حساب الأعمار وإدارة التواريخ والمناسبات الشخصية.

3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

  • تصميم وبرمجة التطبيق: جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للشيفرة المصدرية (Source Code)، وتصاميم الواجهات (Jetpack Compose UI)، والشعارات والعلامات التجارية «عُمر» و «AgeTool» و «Connect Tag» هي ملكية حصرية لشركة ConnectTag.
  • البيانات والمحتوى: يُحظر استخراج الأصول والرسوم الفلكية أو إعادة بيع التطبيق أو نسخه تجارياً دون إذن مسبق.

4. دقة الحسابات وإخلاء المسؤولية (Calculation Disclaimers)

ℹ️ توضيحات هامة حول طبيعة المؤشرات الحسابية والفلكية المعروضة داخل التطبيق.

  • التقويم الهجري: الحسابات الهجرية مبنية على خوارزميات تقويم أم القرى الحسابي المعتمد برمجياً، وقد تختلف البدايات الفعلية لبعض الأشهر القمرية بيوم واحد تبعاً للرؤية الشرعية المحلية للهلال.
  • المؤشرات الحيوية: تقديرات نبضات القلب وعدد الأنفاس وساعات النوم ومسافات المشي هي حسابات إحصائية تقريبية مبنية على متوسطات علمية عامة، وهي لأغراض التوعية والاطلاع وليست استشارة طبية أو حيوية دقيقة.
  • أعمار الكواكب والفضاء: حسابات مدارية فلكية ترفيهية وتعليمية مستندة إلى الفترات المدارية الدقيقة للكواكب حول الشمس.

5. حدود المسؤولية والتخزين المحلي

يُقدّم تطبيق «عُمر» على أساس "كما هو" (AS IS) و "بحسب المتاح":

  • نظراً لأن التطبيق يعمل محلياً 100% دون خوادم سحابية، فإن حفظ سجل المناسبات يعتمد على بقاء بيانات التطبيق على جهازك. لا تتحمل ConnectTag أي مسؤولية عن فقدان البيانات الناتج عن مسح ذاكرة الهاتف أو فرمتة الجهاز أو تلفه.

6. التعديلات والتحديثات

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث التطبيق أو تعديل شروط الاستخدام هذه في أي وقت لمواكبة التحديثات التقنية. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التعديلات يُعد قبولاً منك بالشروط المحدثة.

AgeTool is an offline date math and personal productivity utility:

  • Free & Ad-Free: The application is free for personal use with no hidden fees, subscriptions, or ads.
  • Personal License: ConnectTag grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to utilize the app for calculating ages, tracking milestones, and exploring celestial metrics.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Application Code & Assets: All intellectual property rights pertaining to the source code, user interfaces (Jetpack Compose), graphic assets, and trademarks belong exclusively to ConnectTag.

4. Calculation Disclaimers

  • Hijri Calendar: Hijri calculations are based on astronomical arithmetic standard algorithms (Umm al-Qura). Actual lunar calendar milestones may vary by one day depending on local religious crescent sightings.
  • Vital Life Stats: Estimated heartbeats, breaths, sleep time, and walking distance are statistical approximations based on standard biological averages for educational and lifestyle interest, not medical advice.
  • Planetary Ages: Planetary orbital calculations are educational and astronomical features based on accurate orbital periods of the Solar System.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AgeTool is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind:

  • Because the application functions 100% offline with no remote backup, milestone data is stored exclusively on your physical device. ConnectTag is not liable for data loss caused by clearing app data, device formatting, or operating system errors.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time to reflect software updates or regulatory standards. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
